COVID-19 has kept many of Integrity’s clients at home as they maintain required social distancing protocols. To provide employment support to those at home, Integrity has introduced the Community Job Connection, two mobile units bringing employment readiness and career outreach services to the communities of the Westside and beyond. Services include the following:
- Community engagement
- Intake Services
- Orientation
- Assistance with choosing a potential career path
To help community members complete online job applications without visiting the office, the mobile units provide internet connectivity, document upload assistance, and resume writing support onboard. From there, an Integrity intake specialist will follow up with you to guide you remotely through your next steps.
To keep staff and members of the public safe, social distancing requirements and bus sanitizing measures will be applied that comply with required COVID-19 guidelines. Staff will be taking temperatures and providing masks to those who do not have them for use on the bus.
